This error can be observed if there is an Adblock plugin/extension installed on the viewer's browsers. Hence please ensure the viewer tries to play the videos without these installed in their desktop browsers. If the error is still observed without any Adblock plugin/extensions installed, then the viewer can try playback from the incognito modes in the desktop browser or some other recommended browsers than current. (e.g. Firefox, Edge if the error is in Chrome).
Invalid srt file: start time should be less than end time
The errors are observed when the file's formatting is incorrect, When your subtitle file has sections in which the start time is defined as greater than the end time of any line then the validator throws this error.
