VdoCipher Media Solutions Pvt Ltd (website at www.vdocipher.com) hereby referred as ‘VdoCipher’ or ‘We’. 

When you install Zenplayer app and view a video on app, you are protected by our Privacy policy. The privacy policy only adheres to Zenplayer app and not other products by VdoCipher.

Zenplayer does not collect any statistics, personal information, other than built in mechanisms that are present for all the mobile or embedded applications in their respective main distribution channels.

What we won't do?

• -We don’t take any personal information through Zenplayer,  we don’t ask or fetch your mail id or any identifiable information; thus we can not share it with anybody.
• We won't spam you as we don't have your contact details.

What we will do with anonymous data on technical logs?

• Aggregate anonymous information about how you use Zenplayer app interface
• Gather information on how videos are viewed/if they are viewed or face error, so we can make sure our app runs smoothly for you.

How do we communicate with you?

We don’t have your email id, thus we can never directly communicate you unless you post a comment on playstore.
